Restorative Tattooing With Clinical Awareness and Compassion
At Toriabel Aesthetics®, medical tattooing can recreate the appearance of a nipple-areola complex or reduce the visibility of scars and skin discoloration following surgery, cancer treatment, or injury. We combine clinical knowledge, specialized artistry, and trauma-informed care to plan each treatment around your skin, healing, and goals.
Credentials & NBC6 Feature

3D Nipple-Areola Restorative Tattooing
Following mastectomy, breast reconstruction, gender-affirming top surgery, or cosmetic breast surgery—including breast augmentation, reduction, or lift—nipple-areola tattooing can restore or enhance the appearance of the nipple-areola complex. Each design is customized to the patient’s anatomy, skin tone, and preferences.
Our approach combines clinical knowledge, lived experience, privacy, and compassionate care.
Scar Camouflage
We address healed scars from mastectomy, tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), body-contouring surgery after major weight loss, other surgeries, burns, self-harm, and injury.
Because scars vary in color and texture, treatment may involve Inkless Scar Revision (ISR) to improve texture, pigment camouflage to reduce visible discoloration, or both.
Stretch Mark Camouflage
We often treat stretch marks without pigment, using controlled needling and a specialized serum to help improve the skin’s texture and appearance over time. When appropriate, we can also use pigment to help stretch marks blend more naturally with the surrounding skin. A consultation helps us determine which approach is right for you.
What to Expect
A consultation to review your health history, healing, skin, goals, and expectations.
A personalized treatment plan, which may involve pigment, inkless revision, or both.
Clear preparation and aftercare instructions.
Follow-up visits to assess healing and progress between sessions.
Insurance and Financing
Eligible health insurance plans may cover nipple-areola restorative tattooing and scar camouflage related to breast reconstruction after breast cancer. We seek insurance authorization and coordinate the required documentation. Coverage and approval depend on the individual plan.
Third-party financing through Cherry Financing may also be available to eligible patients. Approval and payment terms are determined by Cherry.
Medical Clearance and Eligibility
Treatment begins only after adequate healing. We do not perform restorative tattooing or inkless revision during active cancer treatment. We may request written clearance from your surgeon, oncologist, or other treating clinician.
